We use a power washer with a water heater, drawing water from our 300 gallon tank in our trailer. Normally, 300 gallons will wash one house, but we add water as needed during washing. We use house wash detergents and then rinse the house with a low pressure.
Softwash is a process of using detergents with a metering system. After foaming the house with soap we rinse with as low pressure as possible. The advantage is, low pressure is less likely to damage the components of the house like trim and paint.
